Dr. Jayaram is the silent force behind the operational excellence of Anand diagnostic Laboratory - A Neuberg Associate (ADL®) and Neuberg Anand Reference Laboratory. He joined ADL® in 1988 and has ever since followed the footsteps of his mentor Dr. A.V.Ramaprasad. Together they were instrumental in bringing operational excellence to the laboratory and expanding into specialized tests ranging from renal transplantation, cytopathology and histopathology to many other areas.

Dr. Jayaram is a certified lead assessor for NABL accreditation and has conducted assessments both in India and Overseas. He is also actively involved in training other laboratory personnel on accreditation and internal audit requirements. He is academically very active and participates regularly in national and international scientific meetings as faculty.

Dr. Jayaram obtained his MD in Pathology from the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and research, Chandigarh. Subsequently he also acquired additional experience in Cytopathology and Immunopathology from the same Institution.

Dr.Sujay Prasad is the creative force behind new innovations, technology initiatives and business process improvements at Anand diagnostic Laboratory - A Neuberg Associate (ADL®) and Neuberg Anand Reference Laboratory. He has been instrumental in expanding the service capability of ADL® from facility expansion to acquisition of state-of-the-art equipment. With his zero-tolerance attitude to errors, he has designed innovative methods with focus on minimizing errors across all operating processes. He oversees all IT initiatives and has implemented interesting IT enabled ideas such as automated report printing kiosks and online results reporting, much ahead of the industry adoption. He is also a certified lead assessor for NABL accreditation and has conducted technical assessments overseas.

Dr.Sujay Prasad obtained his MD in Pathology from the Mumbai University and joined Anand Diagnostic Laboratory thereafter in 1995.

Dr. Lorna Madurai is a well established virologist in Kwazulu Natal, South Africa, and has completed her Post Graduate Diploma from the University of KZN Nelson R School of Medicine in 2009/2010. Her experience in the region includes heading the molecular laboratory and the HIV diagnostics at University of Kwa Zulu Natal /King Edward Hospital, along with which she isinitiating a molecular diagnostic laboratory for a specialized Genetic Unit for UKZN and managing a task team to set up and implement a clinical trial for a microbicide study (MRC in association with the USA HIV Prevention Trial Network and the British Medical Research Council). She was laboratory manager for various projects including the USA Population Council Safety & efficacy microbicide trial and Project leader for the MRC DIFID Phase 111 Microbicide feasibility study in 2002/2003,and the Medical Research Council on the international HIV Prevention Trial Network (HPTN) team.

She is experienced in preparing and implementing post exposure prophylaxis policies and procedures, directing a major pathology laboratory – accountable for Quality assurance and result release, auditing laboratories (government labs) re SANAS, and managing voluntary counselling and training facilities for NGOs EG Epicentre. Her teaching experience includesVirology (Medical Registrars), Molecular Biology for BSC honours and masters students, and supervision of masters and PhD students at Durban University of Technology. She was also involved in the CDC USA / HIV EQA programme for viral loads 2017, in collaboration with CAPRISA SA

Mr. Ganesan is a veteran in the field with over 33 years of experience in Assurance and Advisory Practice. Apart from being the founding partner, he is also a senior partner at R. Subramanian and company, a leading chartered accounting company in Chennai. He has always played a key role in the organization and through his broad vision and pro-active efforts won us several accolades, making us one of the top 10 firms in Chennai.

Mr. Ganesan has acquired experience in Assurance and risk through his widespread interaction with companies like Apollo hospitals, Hydro S&S Industries, Nelcast Ltd, Lister Technologies Private Ltd, Sterling Holidays and Resorts Ltd, to name a few. He also has hands on experience with audits of large public sector banks/undertakings such as SBI, Indian Bank, LIC etc. Overall he is a huge asset to our team with expertise in every element of business.

Mr. Nagarajan is a Practicing Chartered Accountant with nearly 30 years experience across various industries. He has held positions in many top companies like Ashok Leyland Group, Larsen & Toubro Limited and General Electric Company and has helmed both domestic and international teams. Mr. Nagarajan has a sound foundation in current financial practices, having worked in a wide range of industries including Automotive Ancillary, Earth Moving Equipment, Financial Services, Engineering Services, Electrical Equipment Manufacturing, Global Sourcing for Energy, Transportation & Aviation, and Laboratory Diagnostic Services.

Mr. Nagarajan is a BSc(Mathematics) F.C.A and has provided a vital business orientation to an otherwise technically minded organisation.

Ms. Sheela Ashok joined Anand Diagnostic Laboratory – A Neuberg Associate (ADL®) in 2003 as a Joint Quality Manager. Under the mentorship of Dr. Jayaram she gradually took over the responsibility of overseeing the Quality requirements of ADL® and replaced him as Quality Manager in 2012.

During her tenure in ADL®, Ms. Sheela Ashok has been a driving force in introducing and implementing key Quality Monitoring activities like competency assessment of staff, monitoring of Sigma in various processes and risk management. Being an extremely meticulous and analytical person, Ms. Sheela Ashok has acquired a strong foundation in QC analytics and has provided training regarding the same to doctors and technicians both within and beyond the organisation.

A doctor and an Entrepreneur, who after completing her MD Pathology from Govt. Medical College Amritsar in 1989, started her professional career with Lab Management of a large hospital in 1993 till 2000. In 2001 owned a well reputed Diagnostic centre, “Final Diagnosis” as a promoter with all the diagnostic facilities in Pathology, Radiology and Cardiology; expanded it to one of the best centres in Delhi-NCR, with 50 franchisees all across North India. The lab was accredited by NABL (ISO-15189) in 2006.

In 2014, her interest in quality, enabled her to create a program HELP (Health Education and Learning Protocols) under the banner of 360 Diagnostic & Health Services Pvt. Ltd as a Promoter. Trainings under HELP were approved by QCI (Quality Council of India) and accredited by NABET (National accreditation Board for Education and Trainings). 360 HELP is conducting various trainings on Quality and Skill enhancement in healthcare under QCI, NABET and HSSC, in different cities all across the country. Another division 360 HEALTH is providing consultancy services to Labs on operational excellence, due diligence, Acquisition and Mergers, build operate transfer project,expansion and business development strategy & Quality management contracts. She is a consultant with Gerson & Lehrman and Alvarez & Marsal, the international healthcare consultancy groups based out of New York. She is consultant to SRL Japan to set up excellence in laboratory in India through PPP channels.

Dr. Manjit Kaur holds a PhD in Zoology from National Institute of Communicable Disease (NICD) and possesses expertise in Tandem Mass Spectrometry, ELISA, Enzyme Kinetics, PCR, Gene Sequencing and Immunological Techniques. She has over 25 years of experience in research and diagnosis in biotechnology, handling parasitic diseases, blood disorders and metabolic disorders. Dr. Manjit Kaur is a pioneer in New born screening and diagnosis for amino acids, organic acids, fatty acid oxidation disorders by Tandem Mass Spectrometry (for the first time in South Asia)
